It all started with "Would you buy an old house in Niigata?"
 
In the late bubble economy, while luxury resort condominiums were trending nationwide,
what caught my eye was a 7LDK wooden house deep in the mountains of Niigata Prefecture.
 
Born and raised in Tokyo, I frankly thought, "What would I do with such an old house?"
But since it was an acquaintance of an employee at the time, I decided to at least hear the story.
 
It was the family home inherited from their parents. While life deep in the mountains was tough, it was heartbreaking to demolish the home filled with so many memories.

Upon seeing it, the 150-year-old thatched roof, magnificent keyaki pillars and beams, delicate wooden framework, irori (sunken hearth)...繊細な木の骨組み、囲炉裏・・・
I was captivated by the beautiful traditional Japanese architectural style I saw for the first time and decided to purchase it!
 
And as soon as I put it up for sale, a couple from Tokyo purchased it on the same day!
They were looking for an old house to enjoy their second life after retirement, renovating it while cultivating fields.
 
This experience marked the beginning of our company's "Country Living Business".
 
Now, we visit various areas not only in Niigata but also in Nagano, Gunma, Yamanashi,千葉など様々なエリアに足を運び、
Shizuoka, Chiba, and other regions. Through repeated discussions with property owners, we have achieved over 2,000 successful sales.
 
首都圏事業については、南青山から原宿駅前に本社ビルを所有し移転。
Taking advantage of this prime location, we have expanded our business, focusing on Tokyo's 23 wards,
handling a wide range of real estate from condominiums to entire buildings and development lands, for both practical use and investment.
 
In terms of rentals, we are also involved in the development of shops such as restaurants, retail stores,
